1. APRESENTAÇÃO

O Salão DINO de Humor do Litoral Paulista é uma iniciativa conjunta dos ilustradores Osvaldo DaCosta e Alexandre Barbosa junto com a designer Márcia Okida, aberta a todos os caricaturistas, cartunistas, desenhistas e artistas gráficos do País, com o objetivo de divulgar a o humor gráfico e a obra de artistas gráficos do País e região. Artistas internacionais também podem participar, mas estarão fora da premiação, fazendo parte de uma mostra específica.  

2. CATEGORIAS

Cartum: piada gráfica com tema universal e atemporal.

Charge: representação gráfica crítica e bem humorada de um fato político e/ou social da atualidade.

Caricatura: representação gráfica com distorções anatômicas bem-humoradas de personalidades conhecidas.

Tiras e Hq: humor gráfico em seqüência curta de quadrinhos semelhantes às publicadas em jornais.

Categoria Estudantil – “Humor Prata da casa”: somente para alunos da UNISANTA que podem inscrever trabalhos dentro da cada categoria acima citada.

Trabalhos Internacionais – não concorrem a premiação, é apenas uma mostra dos melhores trabalhos internacionais inscritos e selecionados pela curadoria.

3. ESPECIFICAÇÕES DOS TRABALHOS

Os trabalhos devem atender as seguintes exigências técnicas:

• Formato e tamanho: A4 (210mm x 297mm), na horizontal ou vertical; resolução: 300dpi; imagem tipo JPG, com qualidade média 7; preto e branco ou colorido.

• Apenas uma imagem deve ser enviada em cada e-mail e não deve exceder 3 Mb.

• Máximo de dois trabalhos por autor - podem ser 2 (dois) na mesma categoria ou em categorias diferentes.

• Junto com cada trabalho, o participante deve enviar a ficha de inscrição preenchida e um currículo breve.

• Os trabalhos devem ser enviados, junto com as informações acima, exclusivamente para:  salaodinodehumor@uol.com.br

4. ESCOLHA, PREMIAÇÃO E JULGAMENTO

No IV Salão DINO de Humor do Litoral Paulista, a organização se reserva ao direito de limitar a exposição a um total geral de 60 trabalhos. Serão 10 de cada categoria, para a exposição final.

Todos os trabalhos selecionados também estarão expostos na página da mostra - http://cursos.unisanta.br/producaomultimidia/dino - e na página da rede social do evento Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Sal%C3%A3o-Dino-de-Humor-do-Litoral-Paulista/274237895921638. A seleção será feita por um júri composto por artistas e professores, que irão escolher as obras que farão parte da mostra e as três melhores de cada categoria. Este júri também escolherá os 3 melhores trabalhos apresentados em todo o salão e que receberão prêmios em dinheiro sendo:

VENCEDORES DO GRANDE PRÊMIO DINO DE HUMOR 2011 – concorrem todos os trabalhos juntos independente de categoria.

1º lugar: R$ 1.000,00 + troféu e certificado de premiação

2º lugar: R$ 500,00 + troféu e certificado de premiação

3º lugar: R$ 300,00 + troféu e certificado de premiação

VENCEDORES EM 1º LUGAR DE CADA CATEGORIA: R$ 300,00 + certificado de premiação

MELHOR TRABALHO NO VOTO POPULAR: durante a mostra, os visitantes votam e escolhem o melhor trabalho na categoria Voto Popular que receberá um certificado de premiação. A votação na categoria de Júri Popular ficará aberta durante todo o período da exposição (data ainda a ser fechada). Os 2º e 3º lugares no voto popular também recebem certificado de premiação. O Voto Popular também acontecerá na nossa página do Facebook e o trabalho mais votado será divulgado como vencedor popular da rede social e receberá um certificado respectivo.

Os trabalhos selecionados como 2º e 3º lugares de cada categoria, receberão certificados de premiação.

 Todos os trabalhos selecionados receberão certificados de participação que serão enviados digitalmente para seus endereços eletrônicos.

Dentro da Categoria Estudantil – “Humor Prata da Casa”, o mesmo júri escolhe os três melhores trabalhos de alunos da UNISANTA, que receberão, além do certificado de participação e premiação, descontos em uma mensalidade, sendo 1º lugar: 50% •  2º lugar: 40% •  3º lugar: 30%

Todos os participantes serão comunicados por e-mail que os respectivos trabalhos foram selecionados. Os prêmios em dinheiro de cada categoria, assim como os certificados de premiação, citados acima serão entregues na abertura do Salão durante o bate-papo com nosso convidado de 2011 (data que ainda será fechada)

Os 3 trabalhos mais votados pelo júri popular da mostra serão divulgados no encerramento do Salão.

Todos os trabalhos selecionados farão parte do nosso catálogo impresso do IV Salão Dino de Humor, que será editado pela primeira vez para esta mostra de 2011.

Logo após a inscrição feita, cada artista fará parte do nosso mailing e será avisado das datas finais de exposição e bate-papo com convidado.

5. OBSERVAÇÕES FINAIS

• Cada autor é responsável por sua própria criação. Logo, os direitos autorais sobre eventuais textos e imagens pertencem aos respectivos autores.

• A mostra não se responsabiliza por eventuais e-mails não recebidos, ou trabalhos enviados fora das especificações mencionadas neste regulamento.

• Assim que o trabalho é recebido um e-mail da organização de confirmação de recebimento e inscrição é enviado em até 2 dias. Caso o artista não receba essa confirmação entre em contato novamente.

• Os organizadores têm o direito de expor os trabalhos em exibições, além de publicar no catálogo, ou em qualquer material impresso ou virtual relacionado à mostra.

• Nenhum trabalho será devolvido. Ao submeter suas obras, os autores concordam em ceder o material ao acervo da Mostra de Humor Gráfico Costa Atlântica.

• A participação no evento implica a aceitação de todas as regras mencionadas acima.

2nd SHIROZHAN International Cartoon Competition

Shirozhan International Cartoon group, with the target of development and growth of pure cartoon and keeping artists persevering and hardworking, is going to hold its second international Annual. The most important feature of this competition is that the winners will be selected by the visitors through an online voting. 

1. Participation 
This contest is going to be held online and the applicants must send their works via "contact us" section in shirozhan group website. Each applicant must attach a document to the woks containing name and surname, address, e-mail, telephone and cell phone number of the artist. 
The works sent to shirozhan by any other way or lacking requested information in the explanation part will not be submitted. 
2. Specifications 
maximum file size: 500 Kilobytes 
maximum resolution: 100 dpi 
maximum dimensions: A4 
format: RGB, JPG 

3. There is no limitation on the number of submitted works. 
4. Choice of subject is free and there must be no text as caption or dialogue included. 
5. The works must be sent from 13th Nov. 2010 to 13th Nov. 2011. 

6.  Judging All received cartoons, according to the propriety of the date received, after the initial selection by shirozhan will be immediately published in the shirozhan group website as the cartoon of the day for 24 hours and then it will be available in the cartoon of the day archive. The viewers can score each cartoon from the time it is displayed until the deadline.

7. How to score: 

For scoring the works, after entering cartoon of the day section, in the archive, click on the name of the cartoonist and then submit your score. Obviously, the works which are displayed for being judged and commented have higher chance of achieving scores. 
After the deadline, forty works which have the highest scores will be judged by the team and finally ten will be awarded as winners. If more than two works of an artist are among the final forty works, the two which have the higher scores will be considered and the rest will be put aside. Also, if there is any work by the members of shirozhan group among the final works, they will be excluded from the competition. 

7. Prizes:  
First award: Persian Handicrafts with approximate value of 6,000,000(six million) Rials (about $6,000) + appreciation plaque 
Second award: Persian Handicrafts with approximate value of 5.000.000(five million) Rials (about $6,000)+ appreciation plaque 
Third award: Persian Handicrafts with approximate value of 4.000.000(four million) Rials (about $6,000)+ appreciation plaque 
Fourth to Tenth awards: appreciation plaque+ SHIROZHAN gifts

The Third International Tourism Cartoon Competition/Turkey2012

The Third International Tourism Cartoon Competition is held with the cooperation of Anadolu University Research Center for Caricature Art, Association of Tourism Writers and Journalists and Anatolia: Turizm Araştırmaları Dergisi (Anatolia: A Journal of Tourism Research). Tourism is one of the fastest developing sectors in Turkey and all over the World. Individuals’ various experiences during leisure travels are evaluated within the concept of tourism. Cartoonists? comprehension of tourism related issues such as accommodation, transportation, travel agencies, food and beverage, entertainment, recreation, sightseeing, museums, environment, tourist-resident relationships and also of the developmental process and of experiences of tourism, constitute the aim of this competition


submission guidelines:

•The competition is open to all amateur and professional cartoonists.
• Each performer is allowed to submit maximum three works.
• The cartoons submitted to the competition may be prepared as original drawings, digital printings or computer printouts.
The drawing technique is open-ended. Drawings may be colourful or black and white. On the other hand, performers are required to put signatures on their drawings.
• Drawings must be minimum A4 (21x27,7cm) and maximum A3 (29.7x42.0cm) size and potential deformation during the sending process should be avoided. Participants are responsible for any deformation caused by the posting procedure.
• Participants must write their names, surnames and adressess behind their drawings. Also, they must complete the Participant Information Form placed below in the Windows Word format and post it together with their drawings.
• Cartoons sent may be of the ones previously published somewhere but previously awarded cartoons are not allowed to submit.
•Cartoons submitted for selection will be able to be printed in Anadolu University and its units, Anatolia: Turizm Araştırmaları Dergisi, and in other printed materials of this organization such as books, catalogs, brochures, postcards, web sites and posters.

All rights for any other publishing except these belong to the owner of drawing.
• Some selected part of the cartoons submitted for selection will be published in the album.
Cartoonists whose drawings published in this album will be sent a copy of the album.
• Regardless of award-winning or taking place in the album, all the cartoons submitted for selection will not be returned and will be archieved in The Anadolu University Museum of Cartoon Art.
• All the cartoonists participated in the competition are implied to agree on the conditions and regulations of the competition.
• Award ceremony and the cartoon exhibition will be organized during The East Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel (EMITT) Exhibition which will be held in Istanbul between 10-13 February 2012 .
Award-winner cartoonists will be hosted by the scientific committee during the EMITT.
• Submission deadline is 15 November 2011.
The organization committee is not responsible for any delays caused by posting process.
